Humboldt Distillery Malt Whiskey is an American malt whiskey from Fortuna, in Humboldt County, California. It is bottled at 40% in a 750ml bottle.
It is made from organic malted barley and aged in American white oak barrels. The distillery was founded in 2012 by Abe Stevens as the first micro-distillery on California's North Coast, and it is certified organic. A Sasquatch appears on the label.
The nose is of caramel, oak and toasted vanilla. The palate is smooth and creamy, with caramel and toasted vanilla set against warm oak, leading to a gentle, easy finish.
