This single cask Knockdhu from Speyside was bottled by Hunter Laing in its Hepburn's Choice range. Distilled in 2006, it spent 17 years in a refill hogshead before bottling in 2023 at 46% ABV, with natural colour and no chill filtration. The outturn was 360 bottles, each 70cl.
The tasting notes pick out lemon tart, grapefruit and white pepper.
