Hurst Knoll Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey (75cl, 50.5%)

Hurst Knoll is a Kentucky straight rye whiskey in a 75cl bottle, blended from Kentucky straight rye barrels with a minimum age of seven years. It is bottled at 101 proof, which is 50.5% ABV. Pablo Moix, who spent decades working in some of America's best bars, developed it with cocktails in mind, among them the Manhattan and the Old Fashioned. The name nods to the rugged hillsides where rye grows naturally. It is described as having bold spice, depth and balance.
