HYDE Cask Strength is a single grain Irish whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at its natural cask strength of 59% and not chill-filtered. It is a limited special edition.
The spirit is triple distilled from maize in a copper Coffey column still at a single distillery, and made in small batches. It matures for at least 8 years in flame-charred, first-fill ex-bourbon casks from Kentucky.
It is described as complex and flavourful, with sweet American bourbon notes.
