Hyde No.12 is the first pot still whisky from Hyde, an Irish family company whose story begins with two brothers opening a pub in West Cork in 1640. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
It is triple distilled from a mash of malted barley, unmalted barley and Irish oats. The whisky matures for at least 5 years in 200-litre ex-bourbon white oak casks, then receives a finish in oloroso sherry casks.
