An Irish single grain whiskey from Hyde, made to mark the appointment of Douglas Hyde as the first president of Ireland and the founding of the Irish Free State.
It is distilled three times on a Coffey still from corn and barley, at a single distillery, and is not blended. The whiskey spent more than six years in flame-charred, first-fill ex-bourbon casks from Kentucky.
Hyde is made in very small batches and is non-chill filtered.
