Hyde No.5 The Áras Cask is a limited edition Irish single grain whiskey, matured in County Cork in the south west of Ireland. It is named for Douglas Hyde, the first president of independent Ireland, who was born in 1860.
The whiskey receives a final maturation in Pinot Noir wine casks, giving it a Burgundy cask finish. It is bottled at 46%.
