Hyde No. 5 The Áras Cask 1860 is a six-year-old Irish single grain whiskey, triple-distilled and bottled at 46% ABV.
It was matured in flame-charred ex-bourbon casks and then finished in French Burgundy red wine oak casks, which give it a ruby-red colour.
The profile is creamy and fruity, with red berries, custard and sweet malt.
