Hyde No. 9 Iberian Cask Tawny Port Finish Irish Single Malt

Hyde No. 9 Iberian Cask is an Irish single malt whiskey that has been triple distilled. It was finished in Tawny Port casks, which sets it apart from the standard Hyde bottlings. The nose brings dried fruit, cinnamon and blueberries, with grapes and raisins behind. On the palate come green apple, honey, citrus, dried fruit and hazelnut, along with buttery vanilla. The finish is of medium length and malty, with grapes and spice.
