Hyde Year of the Dragon 2024 is a limited edition Irish whiskey that marries an 18 year old single malt with an 8 year old single grain, both first aged in flame-charred American bourbon barrels.
The blend then spent a further nine months finishing in toasted Spanish Oloroso sherry butts. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
The vermilion label carries two golden dragons, marking the 2024 Chinese Spring Festival and the Year of the Dragon.
