I.W. Harper Cabernet Cask Reserve is a Kentucky straight bourbon finished in California Cabernet Sauvignon casks. It spends four years in new charred American oak barrels before the finish, and is bottled at Stitzel-Weller Distillery at 45% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The aromas combine oak and vanilla with dark fruit and a wine-like note. The character is described as smooth and smoky, with a clean finish.
