This is a peated single malt from the Chichibu distillery in Japan, an official bottling released as a single cask for Germany. It was distilled on 23 July 2018 and bottled on 17 July 2024 at a cask strength of 64.4%.
The whisky matured in a first fill bourbon barrel, number 10231, which gave 201 bottles. It is bottled without added colour and without chill-filtration.
