Ichiro's Malt Double Distilleries is a Japanese blended malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 46% ABV. It brings together casks from the Hanyu and Chichibu distilleries.
Its softness comes in part from maturation in Japanese oak casks. Its firmness comes from the ex-sherry casks and hogsheads in which the Hanyu malt was aged.
