Ichiro's Found Cask is a Japanese single malt from the single-cask programme of Ichiro Akuto's distillery, drawn from Cask #7634. It was made from 100% malted barley and spent its whole maturation in one oak barrel. The whisky was bottled without chill-filtration at natural cask strength. As a single cask bottling, it is described as layered with fruit, grain, wood spice and a subtle earthiness.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
