Idea Bianco - Luca Bellani

Idea Bianco is a white wine from Tuscany made from Trebbiano. It is vinified to emphasise the mineral character typical of the area, with steel ageing preserving freshness and clarity. The nose opens with white flowers, fresh citrus and a delicate hint of aromatic herbs. The palate is balanced and lively, with pleasant acidity and a persistent finish. It suits light seafood dishes, vegetable starters and fresh cheeses.
