Idle Hands 5 Year Heavy Rye Bourbon (75cl)

Idle Hands 5 Year Heavy Rye Bourbon is an Indiana-distilled bourbon aged for at least five years, in a 75cl bottle. Its mash bill is 60% corn, 36% rye and 4% barley. It was blended from two batches of thirteen barrels each. Dave Schmier worked with Rob Morton, the former owner of the bar the brand is named after, and chose the proof to Rob's preference. That bar, a rock 'n' roll, beer, whiskey and burger place in the East Village, has since closed. The aim was an accessible, easy-sipping bourbon.
