Il Pratello Mantignano Sangiovese Forlì IGP BIO

A red wine from Emilia-Romagna, made from organically grown Sangiovese and produced by Il Pratello under the Mantignano brand. It has a bright ruby-red colour. The nose offers ripe cherry and berry fruit, with subtle spice and a light earthy note. On the palate it shows good structure and lively acidity, with well-integrated tannins and a pleasant, persistent finish. Despite a damaged label, the wine keeps its appeal and quality. It pairs with ragù pasta, cured meats, aged cheeses, grilled meats and roasts.
