Ilirida Tradita

Ilirida Tradita is a red wine from the Ilirida winery, made with respect for traditional winemaking techniques. It shows an intense, bright colour. The nose offers a complex bouquet with aromas of ripe red berries, spice and earthy notes. On the palate it is balanced and enveloping, with soft tannins and well-integrated acidity, and the finish is persistent and harmonious with hints of vanilla and tobacco from oak ageing. It is suited to meat dishes, mature cheeses and cured meats.
