This is a 32 year old Imperial single malt from Speyside, distilled in 1989 and bottled in 2022 by Signatory Vintage. It comes from a single bourbon barrel, number 2076, and was bottled at 49.6% ABV, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. The outturn was 127 bottles.
The nose offers warm apple pie with cream and fruit tea with rock sugar, alongside the floral scent of a summer meadow. On the palate are vanilla ice cream, pears and grapes with orange blossom, jasmine and lavender, plus a light sherbet note. The finish is long, with fruity sweetness, cream and floral touches.
