This is a 20 year old Speyside single malt from the Imperial Distillery, which was demolished in 2013. It was distilled in 1995 and matured in two refill hogsheads.
Signatory Vintage bottled it in May 2016 for their Un-Chillfiltered Collection, so it has not been chill-filtered. Imperial's character is described as delicate and driven by fruit, with a honeyed depth.
