A 30-year-old Imperial single malt, distilled on 22 August 1994 and matured in refill bourbon barrels 5868 and 5870. Elixir Distillers bottled it on 16 April 2025 at 41.1% for the Collection Itinéraires, in an edition of 150 bottles. It marks thirty years of friendship between Sukhinder Singh of Elixir Distillers and Thierry Bénitah of La Maison du Whisky.
The nose is fresh, with chlorophyll, Williams pear, vanilla, cut hay and sage, later adding ginger, lemon peel, pineapple, jasmine and apricot. On the palate come lemon, vanilla, lavender honey and malt, with apricot, guava and caramel. The finish is medium and elegant, with coconut, almond, fennel and acacia honey.
