This is an 18-year-old Inchgower single malt from Speyside, bottled by Edinburgh Whisky Ltd. as part of The Library Collection. It was distilled in Buckie in May 2000 and bottled in Edinburgh in May 2018 at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle, from a single cask that gave 303 bottles. It is non-chill filtered and of natural colour. The nose brings old bookcase and polished leather, then toasted walnuts, mint chocolate and ground coffee. On the palate there is warm apple crumble with pepper and clove, a deeply fruity centre and a salty tang, followed by an elegant, dry finish.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
