A single cask Inchgower, distilled on 10 December 1980 and bottled in 2004 at 24 years old. It was matured in a single sherry cask and bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The bottler, First Cask, was a mail order service that released older whiskies. Inchgower stands just outside the fishing port of Buckie and is a coastal style of malt, with a spiciness that is perceived on the tongue as salinity.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
