A 25 year old single malt from Inchgower, distilled in 1997 and bottled by Maltbarn at 51.7% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in sherry casks.
On the nose there are dark grapes, dried figs, sherry oak and soft hints of fresh hay. The palate begins with grassy notes, then moves to toasted oak, sweet nuttiness and more dried fruit.
The finish brings waxy stone fruits and a touch of white pepper.
