Invergordon – 1987 Càrn Mòr is a single grain whisky from Invergordon (Highland). Bottled at 43.4% ABV, 70cl. Matured in bourbon Barrel. A Highland distillery that broke the hegemony of grain whisky being a traditionally Lowland industry when it opened in 1961. In its early days it provided fillings for third-party brands, the business model of Invergordon Distillers, before being merged into the Whyte & Mackay group in 1993.
