Irish Diamonds 20 Years 2005/2025 is an Irish single malt whisky bottled by Alambic Classique at 58.7% ABV. It was distilled in 2005 and bottled in 2025 after maturation in a refill Nicaragua rum barrel, single cask #25021. The release is limited to 242 bottles of 700 ml. Maturation in the rum cask gives exotic notes of ripe fruit, vanilla and fine sweetness, with warm spice and lasting complexity.
