Satyricon is a red wine from Luigi Tecce, labelled Irpinia Campi Taurasini DOC. It shows a lively ruby colour with aromas of ripe red fruit, light earthy notes and a hint of spice. The palate is balanced, with defined, orderly tannins supported by pleasant freshness and a medium-long, savoury finish. It pairs naturally with meat dishes, roasts, meat sauces and semi-hard cheeses. A brief aeration before serving is suggested, at around 16-18 C.
