Isle of Harris Gin is a Scottish coastal gin distilled in small batches by Isle of Harris Distillery, inspired by the landscape and waters of the Outer Hebrides. It is made with locally sourced sugar kelp alongside other botanicals.
The distillery was founded to support the island community, and the gin is sold in a turquoise bottle.
It opens with fresh citrus, soft juniper and floral notes. The palate is smooth and slightly maritime, with gentle spice, and the finish is clean and coastal. Sugar kelp adds a subtle complexity and texture.
