Isle of Jura 10 Year Old is a single malt from the island of Jura in the Inner Hebrides, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It spends ten years in American oak casks that previously held bourbon.
The nose balances fruit and vanilla with a light touch of smoke. The palate is soft and oily, with chocolate, caramel, gentle spice and malt. The finish is long, with the smoke returning.
