This is a 12 year old Isle of Jura single malt, distilled in April 2014 and bottled in June 2026 by Signatory Vintage for its Cask Strength Collection. It was matured in a bourbon barrel, number 700377, which gave 211 bottles at 58.9%. It is unpeated, without added colouring and not chill-filtered, and has a bright yellow-gold colour.
The nose is intense vanilla and cream toffee, with a fine pine note and salty spice. On the palate, caramel sweetness joins resinous accents and a nutty depth.
