Isle of Jura 12 Year Old Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish (70cl)

Jura 12 Year Old Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish is a single malt from the island of Jura, off Scotland's west coast. It is matured for 12 years and then finished in selected Oloroso sherry casks. The bottling takes its inspiration from the Spanish sobremesa, the relaxed time spent together after a meal. It is bottled without colouring and without chill-filtration. The distillery has been making whisky since 1810, on an island with only around 200 inhabitants. The whisky is fruity, balanced and soft, and the sherry finish adds notes of plums, caramelised walnuts and dried citrus.
