This is a 19 year old whisky from Isle of Jura, bottled at 45.6% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The Paps takes its name from the Paps of Jura, the hills on the island in the Hebrides.
It is matured in selected casks. The nose offers ripe fruit, dark chocolate and a light touch of cinnamon. The palate is velvety, with toffee, honey and a faint trace of peat smoke, leading to a lingering finish.
