This is a peated 21 year old single malt from Isle of Jura, bottled by Stiùbhart at 54.6% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The spirit was distilled in January 2004 and aged in a refill hogshead. 230 bottles were filled, at natural colour and cask strength and without chill-filtration.
It is described as having atmospheric wood smoke running through savoury herbal and orchard fruit notes, with a bold, mouth-coating texture.
