Isle of Raasay Scottish Distillery of the Year Edition is an unpeated single malt, distilled in 2018 and bottled in 2023 at 50.7% ABV. It is part of the distillery's Special Release series, with 9,500 bottles.
The spirit first matured in ex-Four Roses bourbon casks, then finished in virgin casks made from Colombian oak (Quercus humboldtii). That oak is said to add notes of vanilla and caramel. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
