This Isle of Raasay single malt was distilled in August 2018 and bottled in August 2023. The edition marks the distillery being named Scottish Distillery of the Year at the 2022 Scottish Whisky Awards.
The spirit is unpeated. It matured in Four Roses bourbon casks of American oak, then received a finish in virgin Colombian oak (Quercus humboldtii). It is bottled at 50.7% in a 70cl bottle, uncoloured and not chill-filtered, from a total of 9,500 bottles.
Its notes are vanilla and caramel, followed by a long crème brûlée finish.
