Isle of Raasay Cask Strength

Isle of Raasay Cask Strength is a single malt from the distillery on the Isle of Raasay, a Hebridean island between Skye and the Scottish mainland. It is described as the first legal distillery on the island. The whisky is bottled at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or added colour. It is full-bodied, with sweet malt, dried fruit and subtle peat smoke, alongside vanilla, oak spice and a coastal mineral note. The finish is long and warming.
