This is the flagship single malt from Isle of Raasay Distillery, the first legal distillery on the island of Raasay. Peated and unpeated spirits are matured separately in rye whiskey, chinkapin oak and Bordeaux red wine casks, then married together.
It takes its influence from older styles of Hebridean single malt and is lightly peated. It is described as a fragrant balance of dark berries and delicate smoke.
