Isle of Raasay Marsala Cask is a lightly peated single malt from the Isle of Raasay Distillery in the Hebrides. It was distilled in 2021 and matured in used Marsala casks until it was bottled in 2025, as a limited release at 50.7% ABV.
It is natural colour and non-chill filtered. The distillery was named Scottish Whisky Distillery of the Year in 2022, and the island has only 161 residents.
The character is described as light peat smoke, baked apples, apricot and toffee.
