Isle of Raasay Single Malt is a Scotch single malt in a 70cl bottle, made at the Raasay distillery on the island of Raasay in the Inner Hebrides.
It is matured in American and French oak casks that previously held Bordeaux red wine and rye whiskey.
The nose brings ripe fruit, sweet spice and a light trace of smoke. On the palate, vanilla and honey give way to black pepper and dark chocolate. The finish is long, peaty and smoky.
