The Draam is a Hebridean single malt from Isle of Raasay Distillery, first launched in 2021. This bottle comes from batch R-01.4.1 and is bottled at 46.4% in a 70cl bottle.
It is made to a six-cask recipe developed by Master Distiller Alasdair Day, which keeps the character of traditional Hebridean single malts while adding a lighter, more fragrant smokiness.
The name is a Raasay twist on the Scottish word for a measure of whisky, inspired by the island's charm and its many 'A's.
