Isle of Raasay Unpeated Ex-Rye Single Cask

Isle of Raasay Unpeated Ex-Rye is a single cask single malt Scotch whisky from the Na Sia Single Cask Series, which shows six of the distillery's single malt recipe casks. It was matured in American ex-rye whiskey casks from Woodford Reserve Distillery in Kentucky, where the mash bill contains 53% rye. The cask is said to bring pepper, spice and butter flavours to the malt, with strong peppery, spicy notes set among fruit and butterscotch.
