Isle of Skye 30 Year Old is a blended Scotch whisky from Ian Macleod Distillers, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is made from whiskies drawn from a selection of Island and Speyside distilleries.
The nose is vanilla, light oak, Bakewell tart and coconut. On the palate it is silky and sweet, with buttery pastry, fresh malt and raisins, and a light touch of smoke.
