Isle of Skye 8 Years Old is a Scotch whisky matured for eight years in carefully chosen casks. It takes its name from the Scottish island and comes in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is smoky, with malt and light hints of honey and dried fruit. The body is medium, with caramel and honey sweetness alongside peat. The finish is long, with the smoke returning together with a little black pepper.
