A grappa distilled from Rebo grape pomace grown in Trentino-Alto Adige. The pomace is selected and distilled immediately after fermentation to preserve the grapes' aromas.
On the nose it shows lively ripe fruit with sweet spice accents. On the palate it has a solid structure, with layers suggesting dark berries and a subtle trace of chocolate. It is best served slightly chilled, neat after a meal or for meditation.
