This is a hazelnut liqueur from J.A. Baczewski, built on a vodka and led by the flavour of roasted hazelnuts.
Notes of roasted hazelnut and nougat make it a natural partner for desserts. The balance between sugar and alcohol also suits it to drinking as a pre-dinner glass or in a cocktail.
It can stand in for coffee liqueur in a White Russian, giving the drink a nutty character.
