J.J. Corry 'The Hanson' is a blended Irish grain whiskey from J.J. Corry, an independent bottler based in County Clare, Ireland. The business was founded by Louise McGuane, who is known for her approach to blending and ageing Irish whiskey. In 2013 she came across an old Irish whiskey label with a shamrock on it, and her research led to a whiskey bonder called J.J. Corry, which had operated only a few miles from her family's farm. The brand is named in honour of that entrepreneur.
