J.P. Wiser's 18 Year Old Blended Canadian Whisky (75cl)

J.P. Wiser's 18 Year Old is a blended Canadian whisky made by Master Blender Don Livermore. It is built entirely from double column-distilled corn whisky matured in Canadian oak barrels for at least eighteen years, with no younger whisky in the blend. The brand goes back to John Philip Wiser, who bought a distillery in Prescott, Ontario, in 1857. He showed his whisky at the 1893 Chicago World's Fair and may have been the first to use the words Canadian Whisky on a label. It is typically described as showing mature oak, autumn florals, spice and rich caramel, with a green apple character.
