A gin from J. Rose, inspired by Andalusia and flamenco. It is made with nine botanicals and has an ABV of 43%.
Juniper dominates, wrapped in a warm and slightly pungent aroma. Bergamot and mandarin peel bring freshness and finesse, prickly pear flowers add a fruity touch, and oak bark gives a woody note with toasted hints reminiscent of hazelnut and walnut. Its clear, transparent colour turns silver and slightly cloudy with ice and tonic as the bergamot essential oils open.
It is suited to refined and exclusive cocktails.
