J. Rose Valentina 03 (70cl)

A gin with a refined character, balancing freshness and aromatic richness. The nose shows floral and citrus notes, supported by an herbal base and light spice, with juniper well integrated. On the palate it is smooth and linear, with a dry, persistent finish carrying citrus and a subtle savoury note. It suits an aperitif served cold with neutral tonic and lemon zest, as well as more elaborate cocktails, and pairs lightly with raw seafood, summer salads and fresh cheeses.
