This is J. W. Dant Kentucky Straight Bourbon, bottled in 1989 at 50% in a 100cl bottle.
The name comes from Joseph Washington Dant, a Kentucky distiller of the 1830s who was known for making whisky in a log still. In that old method, a hollowed section of tree trunk with a copper pipe running through it was filled with fermented mash, and steam fed through the pipe started the distillation.
